Warehouse Assistant Full Time

Purpose of the Job:

Support the internal and external logistics issues and identify, measure, and improve processes.

Job Accountabilities:

• Sort the items in the categories and separated with damage items.
• Check all incoming materials on physical and electronic shipping.
• Familiar with common warehouse tools and equipment.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
• Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location.
• Take inventory of the warehouse.
• Scan delivered items and ensured quality.
• Make entry control reports and outputs of logistics.
• Maintain and arranging the products.
• Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
• Package items and label correctly.
• Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager.
• Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.

Qualifications & Education

High school or diploma in the same field.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Knowledge & Skills

Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.

Proficiency in handling inventory in warehouse.
