Responsibilities

Prepare and review IFRS-compliant consolidated financial statements (quarterly and annual).
Collaborate with auditors to address issues and ensure smooth, timely audits.
Develop and implement accounting position papers, financial policies, and procedures.
Assess and strengthen internal controls using the COSO framework.
Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) requirements.
Supervise purchase price allocation and goodwill impairment exercises.
Prepare presentations for audit committees and senior leadership teams.
Drive financial system enhancements to meet organizational needs.
Manage and provide training for team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in statutory audit or group reporting (Big 4 experience a plus).
Proficiency in Oracle, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
