The purpose of the Patient Safety & Quality Executive position is to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality and safety initiatives aimed at improving patient care and outcomes. This role focuses on collecting, analysing, and reporting data related to patient safety incidents, quality performance, and regulatory compliance. The Quality Executive works with PSQ Manager/ team and multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement, assist in root cause analysis, and track the effectiveness of implemented changes. By supporting quality improvement projects and safety programs, the Quality Executive contributes to the organization’s commitment to providing safe, high-quality, and patient-centred care.
