Job Description

To identify project requirements in coordination with end users to ensure satisfactory results.
To plan and implement projects, and prepare terms of reference, project scope, goals and deliverables.
To handle project resource allocation, quality assurance and document control for the project identified.
Plan and schedule project timelines and track project deliverables using appropriate tools,
To contribute smoothly functioning of all activities within the project team and constantly support Senior Engineers whenever required.
To constantly monitor status report on project progress of the project therefore keeping a track of progress and ensuring that the project is on time and on budget.
To visit the sites on random basis and ensure all the working processes are on time and meeting and as per the agreed on quality that meets with DPW standards.
To review and check all technical submissions received from the contractors and ensure that all requirements are met. Prepare the final technical report for final decision and ensure to add the best recommendation for the management.
To review and check invoices sent by the contractors for payment and ensure all amounts are paid as per the required scope of progress.
