THE ROLE

Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager to support all project delivery activities covering all Task Orders.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interface between the management and task order teams
• Attend project meetings and produce minutes
• Manage and track actions that come from project meetings
• Manage the document control for the project
• Support the management of the project schedule
• Support project reporting activities

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum similar relevant experience 2 years
• Facilitate project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion of milestones
• Good working knowledge of document management, systems and software
• Experienced user of MS Office
• Fluent English both written and spoken
