Job Description
- Developing project plans and schedules based on the scope of work, resource and project constraints.
- Creating detailed schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6) to outline tasks, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Assist Project Manager in identifying the critical area and deviation from the project schedule.
- Managing Project operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of targets within scope, time and cost parameters.
- Prepare Engineering and Deliverable List.
- Identify Contractual Milestones and requirements.
- Prepare & Submit EOT.
- Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
- Submit Delay notice to Subcontractors/contractors if any deviations from Schedule.
- Prepare and submit Weekly Report.
- Prepare Manpower Histogram.
- Identifying potential risks that may affect project schedules and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in project planning, within Fire safety & security Projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for scheduling and timeline management.
- Certification in project management, such as PMP
- UAE Driving License holder.
