The Head of F&I is responsible for overseeing and managing all Finance and Insurance operations within the dealership network. This includes driving revenue growth through financing solutions, insurance products, and other ancillary services, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires strategic leadership to develop innovative F&I strategies and optimize processes across the network. This role covers all the verticals such as New Cars, Used Cars and After Sales.
Develop and implement a comprehensive F&I strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for introducing new financial products and insurance services.
• Collaborate with OEMs, financial institutions, and insurance providers to structure competitive offerings.
• Drive F&I revenue growth by promoting financing and insurance products to customers effectively.
• Establish pricing strategies and sales targets for F&I products.
• Monitor and analyze F&I profitability metrics, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure the seamless integration of F&I processes into the overall sales experience
• Design and implement customer-centric financing and insurance solutions tailored to diverse customer needs.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns related to F&I services promptly and effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the F&I team across all ARTC locations.
• Ensure all F&I operations adhere to local regulatory requirements, OEM guidelines, and company policies.
• Oversee the accurate preparation and management of F&I contracts and documentation
• Mitigate risks through robust checks and balances in F&I transactions.
• Establish KPIs for F&I operations and track performance against set targets.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to senior management.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Responsible for achieving the revenue as per business targets.
• Design the FI programs to improve retention and loyalty and resales.
