Emiratisation Coordinator Full Time

.Develop and execute Emiratisation strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and government Emiratisation mandates.
• Collaborate with HR to create job postings targeting Emirati candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring fair selection processes.
• Track Emiratisation targets and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of Emiratization programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Design and implement training programs for Emirati employees to enhance their skills.
• Develop career progression plans tailored to Emirati talent.
• Monitor and support Emirati employees’ career development within the organization.

.Bachelor’s Degree – Human Resource, Business administration or related fields. Master’s degree will be an advantage.

1-2 years of experience in HR Emiratization role or a similar role, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage.
