Under the day to day supervision of Accounts Manager, the Fleet Sales Supervisor is responsible for providing excellent customer services for Corporate fleet clients at the designated Tasjeel sites. Fleet Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving the agreed accounts & sales revenue of the team, he/she is also assigned to identify new opportunities by visiting new potential client as well retaining the
existing clients.
Fleet Sales Management/Supervision
Fleet Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving the agreed accounts & sales revenue of the team.
Customer Service
Responsible for the maintenance of outstanding customer service at the fleet account counter.
Ensure all fleet account customers received faster service as per standards set by Account Manager.
Handles all customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsible to achieve targeted customer satisfaction index score.
& Mystery shopper score at the site.
Ensure to support customers in their daily operations by providing services solution for their traffic files.
Weekly /Monthly/ Daily customers visit to ensure smooth operations.
Administrative Rese.onsibilities
Explore business opportunities and generate PR in conjunction with Account Manager.
Analysis and Consolidation of all Tasjeel credit accounts details from sales representatives and forward to HO for processing.
Keep a track for all the credit account document that received through his sales team.
Development and maintenance of Sales team duty roasters, time sheets and personnel records as required by Account Manager.
Inter-site visits and visits to Tasjeel Head Office for weekly meetings and QMS meetings, when required.
Organize fleet counter workflow and ensure employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
Monitor fleet counter employee’s productivity.
Prepare/ Review customers SLA and contract under the supervision of the Account Manager and in coordination with ENOC relevant departments.
Prepare the sales plan and prospective list and distribute it among the Sales Representatives team.
Identify emerging market to set a comply services.
Financial Management
Analyze the Monthly Sales and Income Report from HO.
Ensure payments are timely collected and share it with the concern team for allocation.
Monitor and analyze monthly client’s sales revenue report to ensure clients have sufficient credit limit.
Prepare the feasibility study for new customers project and recommendations from Account Manager.
Reconciliations the customer’s account to ensure the transactions recorded accurately.
Reconcile fleet Employee credit card. Review/approve credit note, debit note request.
Prepare a financial / operations proposal for potential customers.
Monitor the sales revenue and present the realistic forecast to the Account Manager.
Monitor /submission monthly customer invoices. Monitor the disputed transactions with justification.
Analysis the financial risk of new customers and identify the appropriate security to process the account creations.
Identify the opportunities to increase the sales revenue.
Staff Supervision
Responsible for the supervision and guidance to all sales representative staff to ensure that outstanding levels of customer service are always maintained.
Sets realistic individual and group performance targets and monitors achievement of the same.
Provides on the job guidance and training to existing staff to ensure corporate standards are maintained.
Monitor the sales representative activities.
Implement and enforces systems, policies, and procedures for fleet services as per the process.
Identify the required training /guideline for fleet employees and Sales Representative.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.
3 years plus experince in sales, account management and corporate sales. Excellent negotiations skills, closing deals skills and presentations skills.
Presentable with professional customer service. Excellent computer skills.
Languages: English and Arabic is an advantage.
