Main Duties
• Proactively manage a variety of administrative activities, processes and projects working with the Cluster Senior Manager People and Culture and HRO’s to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
• Meets and observes a wide variety of guidelines and regulations set by Aldar Education, ESE and other regulatory bodies.
• Spreads awareness of policies, procedures, and guidelines with key school-based staff to ensure a compliance culture across the school group.
• Implement and be up to date with all changes in ESE policies and procedures.
• Liaises with ESE and other governmental entities as necessary to ensure an effective and expedient communication, whilst building strong relationships.
• Provides information to and receive information from ESE and to deal with associated requests appropriately.
• Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to security, confidentiality, and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
• Contributes to the overall ethos/work/aims of the Cluster.
• Participates in training and other learning activities and performance development as required.
• Reports compliance issues and recommends solutions.
• Always ensures the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
Specific Duties
• Serves as an English to Arabic and Arabic to English translator for the Cluster.
• Translates key policies and documents from English to Arabic and vice versa including completion of Arabic documentation for ESE.
• Supports the Senior Cluster People and Culture Manager to obtain relevant employee Government approvals.
• Ensures new employees are compliant with ESE staffing policies including licensing and qualifications.
• Monitors current employees’ work permit expiration and ensures renewals taken place whilst communicating with employees on documents submission. • Follows up with employees on required documents to ensure compliance with MOHRE. • Prepares documentation for employee visa approvals (new & renewals).
• Liaises and coordinates with the HRO to issue the employees’ visa and labour contract to be compliant.
• Liaises with HRO if employee fails to provide required documents to comply with relevant governing bodies.
• Monitors school license on Emiratisation % to be incompliance with Government Regulations.
• Maintains Employee filling, archiving and document controlling.
• Any other duties as directed by the Leadership Team as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Experience
• 3+ years of proven experience in administration/HR or other relevant position at school

• An understanding and knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures as well as inspection regime and requirements.
