Account Administrator Full Time

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the each of the assigned accounts
• Ensure that customer queries are responded to within the agreed time frames
• Ensure all contact with the client is done in a professional manner and upholding the expected standards
• Work with the Account Management team to understand client expectations and ensure that the KPI’s are met
• Ensure timely processing of onboarding and offboarding, communicate any delays, fines or incomplete documents in a timely manner
• Maintain complete records of information pertaining to employee Lifecycle
• Manage the tracking of passport and residence visa expiry and keep close attention to their immigration status and potential absconders
• Ensure system data is accurate at all times
• Assist in the disciplinary issues arising from employees in conjunction with client HR
• Track all transactions and provide updates to the account management team on regular intervals
• Responsible to raise VRF, CRF , OAF , Update oracle with employee information , addition and deletion of medical insurance , Visa processing , cancellation , Passes and permits

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of experience in the similar role in the same industry
• Should be aware of the Basic UAE Labor laws and processes
