Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Agent to join Telecommunications department in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Answer all calls as set in the departmental training manual.
- Assist in requests or pass it to the concerned department/room number.
- Handle messages for in-house or expected guests.
- Ensure that all requests are handled in timely manner and to follow up with the guest ensuring satisfaction in service was provided.
- To ensure all E-Butler requests and queries are handled in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle all wake up calls in HotSoS.
- Assist in booking tables for all restaurants in the hotel by using SevenRooms.
- Carry out operational duties of both Service One and Restaurant Reservations.
- To ensure that all queries and requests are dealt within efficient and professional manner.
- To have a high level of product knowledge of the property and its facilities.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Experience in a previous company working in a Telephone Operation
- Basic F&B knowledge
- Basic computer knowledge & upselling skills
- Handle shift responsibilities in the absence of the Team Leader
- Assist newly joined colleagues on the job duties of a Telephone/Service One Operator
