Analyzing technical needs, requirements, and state of a customer current infrastructure and operations & provide technical help and answer any question customer may have
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Profile the customer. enter and update customer information in the database. Also maintain customer base.
Generate customer demand and push for sales
Take orders, send the quotes and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Complete minimum Talk time, sales calls, service calls and other business compliance requirements
Requirements
A minimum of 1-4 years of experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role preferably in an IT Pre-Sales/ E-Commerce / Technical Sales (Calling) environment
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of a wide range of hardware and software technologies Preferably Windows 7 & 10 Operating systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English, Hindi & Arabic is an Advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
College/University Degree
Technical Certifications is an added advantage.
Should be sales target oriented and able to deliver the numbers as per the business targets/Requirements.
